So, you’ve decided it’s finally time to update your family picture. Great! That’s the easy part. The hard part is choosing a photographer, if you don’t have one you use regularly. This post is here to give you some things to look at to find a photographer who will be a great match for you, and who will deliver images you love now and years down the road.

It can be tricky to plan an outfit not just for yourself, but for every person in your family. And, on top of that, they all need to look good together! I’ve gathered the following tips from my experience as a family portrait photographer, as well as from the experience of planning my own family’s outfits.
